Description
Thomas Rouanet’s L’Illicite is a real UFO (Unidentified Wine Object)! … A blend of white Terret, grey Terret, white Carignan, grey Carignan, Muscat d’Alexandrie, and Chasselas. Vinified with whole bunches in the style of a red wine for six weeks, with punching down every other day. Aged for six months in barrels. The result is a bewildering wine, neither white nor red, quite the opposite… a ‘blouge’!
