Starting from scratch, armed only with his courage and convictions, Benjamin Taillandier is determined to produce wines ‘the old-fashioned way’ and cannot conceive of any farming method other than organic. He offers an alternative vision of the winemaker’s craft, with human intervention kept to an absolute minimum in both cultivation and winemaking.
