Description
The Saint-Joseph from Domaine Vindiou displays a fairly classic Rhône-style aromatic profile (cherry, blackcurrant, floral, peppery, spicy) with freshness and just the right structure. The result is a wonderfully appetising wine that calls for hearty pairings such as pork ribs or quails simmered in their own juices in a casserole.
