Description
Burdin Harria means ‘The Iron Stone’, a nod to the volcanic (ophite) terroir from which this new Irouleguy cuvée from the Arretxea estate originates. Grown organically, like the entire estate, and aged for 18 months in 225-, 400- and 600-litre barrels. Highly expressive with notes of blackberry and black cherry, it immediately impresses with its density and maturity. Its structure, freshness and length make it a great wine for laying down, which will be wonderful with a cut of Kintoa pork.
