Description
Amateüs Bobi is the ‘iconic’ cuvée of the Bobinet estate. It is a wine structured by beautiful, fine, velvety tannins, with an explosive nose of rich complexity. So intensely mineral that it cannot deny its Saumur Champigny terroir. A truly great wine to accompany game and regional cuisine.
A structured and mineral wine. With a fine balance between structure and minerality, this wine, from old vines on limestone soil, is built on fine, velvety tannins. The palate is taut, even salty, and the aromas are complex, ranging from red fruits to undergrowth.
