Description
The Ruben cuvée from Domaine Bobinet is the first wine that Sébastien and Emeline have produced together. It is a delicately structured wine, with depth and plenty of freshness. A fruity, structured and juicy Cabernet Franc with silky tannins that leaves you wanting more. The influence of
clay is evident in the wine’s fullness on the palate, whilst the minerality of the limestone brings freshness and tension. Ruben is a true chameleon. It pairs easily with all sorts of dishes, from simple to more sophisticated, and can be enjoyed from aperitif through to dessert.
