The Langhe Nebbiolo Cosi from the Camparo estate is an elegant, well-structured and delicate wine. A light-coloured varietal red, with distinct aromas of violets, roses and red berries, as well as notes of oak from ageing. Its robust yet refined character comes through on the palate, with subtle tannins and an almost sweet finish. It pairs perfectly with roast lamb with herbs or truffle risotto.
