In the vineyard, in the cellar
A blend dominated by Négrette vines with an average age of 30 years, complemented by Syrah, makes up La Colombière’s Les Frontons Flingueurs cuvée. Stony, loamy soils of Boulbènes. Organic and biodynamic cultivation. Hand-harvested, destemmed and crushed, then transferred to vats by gravity. Natural vinification without additives. 15-day maceration by infusion. Aged for 11 months in wooden and stainless steel vats. Unfined wine, lightly filtered.
