Acquired in 1870 by the Etienne family, Château La Dournie is a family-owned estate in Saint-Chinian that has been passed down from mother to daughter for over six generations. In the vineyard, in the cellar
The terroir of La Dournie’s Saint-Chinian rosé consists of schist with an acidic tendency. 35-year-old vines cultivated organically. 45% Cinsault – 45% Grenache – 10% Syrah. Traditional vinification under temperature control. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats.
