Description
This Clos des Mourres Rosy vintage is sure to surprise you. Firstly, with its aromatic profile: a blend of tangy berries (redcurrants, yellow cherries) and hints of orchard fruit. Then there’s the palate, which, with its lively structure, is closer to a white wine than a red. An alternative to rosé for some, a white wine disguised as a red for others… You simply let yourself be carried away by this delightful wine with its stunning energy. Perhaps the hit of the summer.
In the vineyard, in the cellar
Clos des Mourres Rosy is a blend of Grenache Noir (66%) and Grenache Blanc (33%), aged in barrels, jars and stoneware eggs.
Organic cultivation, complemented by biodynamic practices in line with personal convictions to maintain living soils and authentically express the terroir. Vineyard work follows the lunar calendar, with ploughing and grubbing 2 to 3 times a year; vinification involves gentle extraction, minimal handling, short vatting, fermentation with natural yeasts, and no chemical products used. Sulphiting of 1g at bottling.
