Description
As its name suggests, Julien Guillot’s Burgundy cuvée Les Crays (Clos des Vignes du Maynes) comes from a small 40-are plot with chalky subsoil. This distinctive soil gives the wine a delicate minerality that complements its subtle fruitiness (red berries, raspberry). The slender structure and silky tannins preserve all the freshness of this unfiltered, unsulphited wine.
