Description
The Chitry rouge from Domaine Giraudon is a supple, fruity red wine with a delicate structure. Its ruby colour, with purple highlights, shines brightly. The nose, beautifully intense and slightly spicy, evokes red fruits such as raspberries and redcurrants. The fruity, lively and full-bodied palate rounds off the profile of a simple, approachable wine. Ideal with simple dishes such as vegetable pies, poultry and grilled meats.
In the vineyard, in the cellar
Domaine Giraudon is committed to an EcoPhyto approach with a focus on sustainable development. Hand-harvesting, controlled soil cultivation and natural grass cover, short Guyot pruning. Temperature control during fermentation and vinification in stainless steel vats enable the production of authentic, natural and distinctive wines. This vinification has no other aim than to enhance the expression of the wine’s aromatic and flavour potential.
