Description
The Veltlínské zelené from the Dobra Vinice
estate is a 100% Grüner Veltliner from Moravia. The wine has a delicate colour. A very attractive, fairly deep yellow hue. The nose is dominated by yellow fruits, enhanced by a hint of honey and a touch of fresh nuts. The stony-sandy soil, with a significant proportion of quartz, gives the wine an almost electric minerality. Of particular note are its intensity, depth, remarkable balance and long finish, marked by a lovely salinity. This is a truly fine wine that will pair perfectly with a quick caper-infused Thoïonade.
