Description
Dobra ViniceSauvignon Blanc Qvevri is an exceptional skin-contact wine. Half is aged in 1,000-litre Georgian amphorae (terracotta). The other half of the grapes matured for 10 months in new oak barrels. An aromatic festival of citrus (grapefruit), candied lemon, hints of the exotic, smoky notes and a subtle hint of mint. The palate is carried by well-integrated, vertical tannins, a ripe tension and lovely bitter notes on the finish. A magnificent wine with enormous potential!
