Description
Dobra Vinice’s Sauvignon is a far cry from the typical stereotype often associated with this grape variety. Here, the wine is quite rich and displays a broad aromatic palette. Yellow fruits preserved in brandy (mirabelle plum, peach), currants, floral notes, followed by oriental spices (cumin). On the palate, it is savoury and generous, whilst retaining a lovely minerality.
In the vineyard, in the cellar
