Description
The Kambrium Cuvée from the Dobra Vinice estate is a blend of three grape varieties: 60% Grüner Veltliner, 20% Riesling and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Orchard fruits, quince and a few floral notes accompany the initial nose. Then the wine’s mineral character takes over, at times evoking flint. The structure and length are remarkable. Perfect with asparagus or hard cheeses.
