Description
The Bordenave estate’s ‘Souvenirs d’Enfance’ dry Jurançon is an aromatic, charming and perfectly balanced wine. The colour is golden with greenish hues. The nose offers a palette of lemon, citrus, grapefruit and passion fruit. Floral notes of broom and acacia mingle with the bouquet. On the palate, it is lively, in harmony with the aromas detected on the nose, and finishes with a touch of fine-grained tension.
In the vineyard, in the cellar
