"The Domaine de l'Ecu's Classic cuvée is a 100% Melon, crafted and vinified to be enjoyed in its youth, showcasing its fruitiness. The nose highlights citrus notes, with a perfectly balanced hint of sea breeze and vegetal tones. The clean attack develops into a fine, slender body. This is THE estate’s cuvée for enjoying with a few oysters, accompanying a seafood platter, or with oily fish such as mackerel, sardines or salmon."
