Description
An iconic wine from the Domaine de Prapin, the Les Chênes cuvée beautifully showcases the granitic (gneiss) terroir of the Coteaux du Lyonnais. The old Gamay vines produce a wine that immediately impresses with its aromatic complexity: ripe black cherries, spices and subtle toasted notes. The palate is smooth, with a perfectly integrated structure and well-rounded tannins. A lovely wine with a decidedly gastronomic profile, ideal with truffled poultry, or simply with lasagne or a fillet mignon.
