Champagne Drappier
Carte d’Or

73.00

Drappier Carte d'Or Champagne is the very embodiment of the Drappier style. With a very high proportion of Pinot Noir, it is almost like drinking a Blanc de Noirs. It boasts great aromatic richness, with notes of stone fruit (white vineyard peaches). A hint of spice heralds a powerful and complex palate. A full-bodied Champagne of fine complexity, with a characteristic touch of quince jelly.

Terroir, organic farming and natural winemaking

Environmental and climate protection is not merely a stance for the Drappier Champagne house. Organic farming applies to the bulk of production, from non-vintage bruts to the grand cuvées. Furthermore, as he is intolerant to sulphur, Michel Drappier offers champagnes with minimal sulphur levels. Notably, a brut nature that is completely sulphur-free.
