Description
The Giraudon estate consistently produces a superb Burgundy Aligoté. A lovely wine with a bright, pale yellow colour, characterised by lively citrus notes and a lovely mineral quality. On the palate, it is soft and fruity, and pairs beautifully with oysters and seafood.
In the vineyard, in the cellar
Hand-harvested, controlled soil cultivation and natural grass cover, short Guyot pruning combined with EcoPhyto protection, and sustainable development practices. Precise temperature control during fermentation and vinification in stainless steel vats enable the production of authentic, natural and distinctive wines. This vinification process has no other aim than to enhance the expression of the aromatic and flavour potential inherent in the grapes and the characteristics of the vintage.
