Description
Laura Aillaud’s old Carignan vines give rise to this delightful Terre à terre cuvée. Partial destemming and ageing in raw concrete: every effort is made to preserve the aromatic integrity and freshness of the fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry). This sensation of freshness is followed by delicate menthol notes (eucalyptus). The texture is silky, the wine particularly juicy and the tannins supple. We particularly appreciate the richness and tension of one of the finest 100% Carignan cuvées tasted to date. A real favourite!
