Description
Yet another incredible expression of Trousseau in this Arbois Marne Rouge from Lucien Aviet! … The grapes come from thirty-year-old vines growing on marl soils. They are completely destemmed and fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts. The aromatic profile ranges from red to black fruits against a slightly spicy backdrop. The palate is velvety, with incredibly silky tannins. A splendid wine that once again attests to this estate’s excellence when it comes to Trousseau!
In the vineyard, in the cellar
