A simple, unpretentious wine that delights the palate with its tangy fruitiness (black fruits, blackcurrant), combined with a delicate and alluring smoothness.
In the vineyard, in the cellar
100% Carignan from the Le Rieu vineyard. Organic farming. Natural vinification with no added sulphites. Whole bunches are placed by hand into fibreglass vats. Eight days’ carbonic maceration. No punching down or pumping over. Temperature control and slow, gentle pressing to preserve the Carignan’s fruit and freshness. Aged for six months in fibreglass vats.
