Description
A new vintage from the Marcel Brubach estate: this Saint-Véran Champs Perdrix comes from a single 0.8-hectare plot. The soils, which are clay-marl in places and more stony in others, produce a wine with a distinct minerality. The nose, expressive and appealing, releases aromas of citrus and peach skin. A lovely minty freshness extends the wine, supporting the mineral character on the finish.
