Description
Un voyage dans les vignes with White Pesked, a floral, salty and delicate wine with maritime accents. Produced from a blend of melon (90%) and black Grolleau (vinified like a white), it finds its roots in a filtering soil of gneiss and micaschists. It is harvested at the beginning of the harvest, vinified and removed in underground tanks for 6 months. It goes wonderfully with fish and seafood, accompanied by a good rye bread and salted butter.
About the estate
Un Voyage dans les Vignes offers a selection of the best wines from the Loire Valley. The Loire vineyard is on a tight leash, the team led by Damien Boudeau produces wines of demanding winemakers working in respect for their soil, their vines and the environment. Damien Boudeau, oenologist, enthusiastically orchestrates the round of cuvées from the Tucauderie in Mouzillon. After obtaining his National Diploma of Winemaker in Champagne in 1999, he worked for 20 years at a family house in the Muscadet. What guides him: take the best of each wine to better reveal them!
