The Julien Chopin winery, based in the village of Monthelon (south of Épernay), has been cultivating vines in Champagne since the 18th century. However, it was not until 1947 that the brand was established.
The vines are cultivated in accordance with Champagne traditions. We also employ a system of integrated pest management to protect the environment.
The estate is primarily renowned for its ‘Les Originelles’ range of Champagnes. The winemakers focus on the provenance of the grapes and the different soil types to produce single-vineyard cuvées. The range comprises various cuvées, including the Blanc de Noirs – the estate’s signature wine – and the vintage Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs, which is notable for its purity.
