Description
Drappier Brut Nature Zéro champagne is aimed at those who seek pure sensory experiences. A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée with no dosage, containing only natural residual sugar of less than 2 g per bottle. Its golden-red colour immediately catches the eye at the start of the tasting. The nose reveals crisp yet ripe fruit. Freshly pressed black grapes, citrus, red and white fruits. The palate offers lovely depth with vine peach flesh and a bouquet of aromatic herbs. Subtle spicy notes emerge on the finish. A rich, mineral-driven Champagne of great purity and freshness.

Terroir, organic farming and natural winemaking
Environmental and climate protection is not merely a stance for the Drappier champagne house. Organic production covers the bulk of the range, from non-vintage bruts to the grand cuvées. Furthermore, as he is intolerant to sulphur, Michel Drappier offers champagnes with minimal sulphur content. Notably, a brut nature that is completely sulphur-free.
