Description
The Clos des Mourres
Pompette red is a real firecracker that goes down a treat. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Aubun and Counoise. Its pale ruby colour hints at a light, airy profile. The nose confirms this with an explosion of red berries and a touch of sweet spice. A little fruity, fresh, indulgent and lively treat that lives up to its ambition as an aperitif at any time of day.
‘Pompette’ = a slight buzz, right on the respectable edge of that much-touted ‘moderation’… These Pompette wines are to wine what that slight buzz is to well-being: a touch of lightness and ease!
