Description
The Romany Estate’s Ecully cuvée is a lovely, fruity and silky Beaujolais produced from granitic soils. Both on the nose and on the palate, the wine is largely dominated by tangy red berries. We particularly appreciate the liveliness and tension characteristic of the vintage. But also the precision, delicacy and remarkable texture on the palate. A lovely discovery that will pair beautifully with a Lyonnais sausage or stuffed mushrooms.
