Le Petit Giroflet is a 100% Grenache wine of exceptional character – powerful yet elegant – crafted by Muriel and Laurent Girault. On the nose, there are aromas of raspberry liqueur and stone fruit. This substantial fruitiness is perfectly balanced by a refreshing tension that runs through the wine from start to finish. It pairs beautifully with spiced grilled poultry.

- 100% Grenache
- Vines planted on Villafranchian terraces facing south
- Grapes harvested by hand at peak ripeness in small crates
- Certified organic farming: no herbicides or synthetic pesticides
- Vinification over two weeks, with the only intervention being punching down to extract the substance as gently as possible
- Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats before early bottling in the spring
