Description
Libre comme l’air is an organic, natural white wine from the Luberon, crafted by Laura Aillaud. A blend of White Grenache (80%) and Ugni (20%), partially destemmed, direct-pressed and vinified in stainless steel vats. The flavour is immediate, with notes of mirabelle plum, peach stone and elderflower. There is a mineral quality, the finish is interesting and ends with lovely bitter notes. A fine bottle to accompany marinated white fish served with an avocado, basil and lemon purée à la Nicolas Thomas.
