Description
Based primarily in Saint-Véran, the Pacaud estate also produces a magnificent 100% natural white Beaujolais, Le Clos de Rochenoire! … This iconic rock in the village of Chasselas, with its lunar-like profile (a rounded black volcanic formation), is composed mainly of granite. Grown in a small, tree-lined vineyard, the Chardonnay vines here produce a fresh and exceptionally crisp profile. Vinified naturally, with no fining or filtering, this wine is a pure delight, stripped of all artifice and carried by a sublime minerality. Whether enjoyed with squid fritters or simply as an aperitif, you’re sure to have a wonderful time!
