Description
This very ripe Arbois Savagnin from Stéphane Tissot was macerated like a red wine for six months in amphorae, then vinified without sulphur and topped up. This wine offers surprising depth and vibrancy. The nose reveals notes of candied orange and sweet spices, whilst the palate is distinctive, refined and complex, with lovely length. An exceptional wine for true connoisseurs.
