Created in 1965, the Gardoise cooperative of the Vignerons d’Estézargues brings together ten winegrowers within a single cellar: each has its own identity and way of working.
The winery has very good terroirs in the area of Tavel and demonstrates a real desire to let them express themselves freely. The winemakers of Estézargues have made the decision to grow organically and vinify without input for over twenty years, with spontaneous fermentations, without fining or filtration.
The winery offers generic cuvées with exceptional price pleasure, but also cuvées in the Côtes du Rhône Villages Signargues appellation: Domaine d’Andézon, Grès Saint-Vincent and Périllière in particular.
The territory of the AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages Signargues covers 445 hectares spread over 4 communes in Gard:
The AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages Signargues is located in the heart of an area where you can find wines with recognized reputations such as Lirac, Tavel and Châteauneuf du Pape.
The name “Côtes du Rhône Villages Signargues” was granted to the winemakers of the communes of Domazan, Estézargues, Rochefort du Gard and Saze from the 2004 vintage. This recognition is that of an originality of the wines of this terroir, a plateau of rolled pebbles shared by our four communes. These four pretty peaceful villages with southern charm surrounded by vineyards and garrigue will welcome you in their alleys or on their shaded places where it is good to stroll in the heart of summer.
