Description
Un voyage dans les vignes to discover a Muscadet Sèvre et Maine of all beauty, the cuvée Tour Lu. These are old vines of Melon de Bourgogne from the granitic vineyards of Clisson. The grapes are picked at full maturity, vinified and aged for 8 months on the lees in underground tanks. The wine offers a floral nose, with a touch of flint; the mouth opens on a fresh and saline attack. An appeal to seafood, cetid fillets and goat cheese (fresh or semi-dry).
